How often should grease trap be cleaned?

With all waste that is extracted from your grease trap it is fully recycled to create energy through biodigesters throughout Ontario. We support our local farmers that have on site biodigesters on their farms.
What is a FOG report?
To show transparency and compliant within city and manufacture guidelines this FOG report which is short form for "Fats, Oil and Grease" is provided with every cleaning. The report provides grease trap condition and what was extracted at cleaning.
What are the best practices to help maintain grease trap?
First and for most cleaning on a routine schedule is the most important. Putting sink screens in and trying to keep out large debris from pipes are important. Also any pots or pans with oil or food should be disposed of properly and not just rinsed down the sink.
